• Alternatively, we are happy for you to source the drawings elsewhere, we can help you brief and appoint a local technician.

• We will review the drawings produced during a meeting you before the application is submitted, so you will know you have an experienced eye that you can trust looking over the proposals.

If we are to prepare this submission, we would charge this based on an hourly rate of £165/h. The council planning submission fee is to be added on this amount. You will pay the latter directly to the council.
